We are pleased to offer guided tours, either through a private talk and tour held daily during term time or by attending one of our working open mornings. After visiting our school, we suggest that your child signs up for one of our taster/experience days.
PRIVATE TOURS ARE HELD EACH WEEK IN TERM TIME
Each child and family is unique, so we offer private tours of our school. Tours allow families to see the school on a typical working day, experience the school campus, and meet a member of the Admissions Team. The Head and other senior staff are also available to meet parents when requested.

OPEN EVENTS
Autumn Whole School Open Morning
Friday 4 October 2024, 9:30am - 11:30am
The event will begin with a guided tour of our school and its beautiful grounds, led by our very own pupils. Visitors will have the opportunity to observe the school in action on a typical working day. After the tour, parents and their children will join Mr Paul Norman, the Headmaster, and members of our Senior Leadership Team for a presentation. The morning will end with refreshments, and there will be a chance to ask questions and meet other members of our team, including our SENCo (Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator).

TASTER DAYS
Sixth Form Taster Day
Wednesday 16 October 2024, 08:30am to 4:00pm
Year 11 pupils will spend the entire day at The Royal, joining their current year group and taking part in live lessons and activities. They will have the opportunity to choose five subjects from our A level and BTEC options and hear from our current Sixth Form & Boarding pupils about life as a Sixth Former.

Year 7 Experience Morning
Thursday 17 October 2024, 09:00am to 1:00pm
For entry into Year 7 2025, we invite pupils in for the morning, where they will participate in a series of fun and action-packed activities. Pupils will have the chance to meet our friendly teachers, find out more about The Royal and get a feel for our special ethos and environment.
