Welcome! This is the start of an amazing journey for you and your family. The Royal School is an exceptionally warm and friendly place and from your initial enquiry to the first day in school we are on hand to help and guide you.

I am the main point of contact for prospective parents and my aim is to make the admissions process as straightforward as possible. To get a real feel for The Royal I would always recommend visiting us in person to observe the rapport between pupils and teachers – happy children learn best and when you see us in action you will see how our interest in and care for each individual pupil results in high achievers and confident learners.

Our approach is affirmative and the benefits of kindness, empathy and compassion - to individuals, to business and to the world generally – is well documented… at The Royal building positive relationships with children leads to positive results!

We have put measures in place to welcome you to our School for personal tours at quieter times during the School day. Alternatively, you are most welcome to book in for a 'Personal Virtual Meeting' with our Head, Mrs Smithson, or Head of the Prep School, Mrs Daunter.
