PUDDING LANE REVISITED ....
On Thursday Prep 2 re-enacted life in The Bakery in Pudding Lane on a September morning in 1666 when the Great Fire of London began. They imagined what a bakery would have looked like all those years ago and how the bread would have been baked. The girls enjoyed kneading the bread and were amazed to watch it rise in the classroom. After the rolls were baked they enjoyed eating them. Mrs Causton was very relieved they did not burn down the School!
