CHINESE NEW YEAR CELEBRATIONS

Daycare and Nursery celebrated Chinese New Year (2010 is the year of the Tiger) with an assembly on Thursday morning. The whole of the Junior School, children and staff, watched the children parade dressed in traditional Chinese clothes and with parasols and fans. The youngest children had their faces painted as tigers and showed off their tiger masks. The children formed a procession, following Olivia carrying the pearl followed by two dancing Chinese dragons.
