BOARDERS ENJOY THE SALON DU CHOCOLAT

On Saturday all boarders up to Year 9 went to a mini chocolate factory. We made our own chocolates with a choice of 3 kinds, white, milk or dark chocolate. Miss Plane and Miss Whitworth accompanied the group. It was great fun: the process of making the chocolate was by painting the moulds so they had a pattern then filling them with the flavour that we liked. I liked the white one the most. We also found out that most of factory chocolate is not actually “real” chocolate, because it does not have a sufficiently high cocoa powder content and it’s not healthy!
